It’s that time of year. 2 weeks until Christmas, 3 weeks until New Years. And your calendar is overflowing with commitments to every holiday party, from your annual family gathering to your best friend’s holiday dinner and your work happy hour. And while these are all good and fun, it can be really easy to lose sight of our healthy habits and overindulge in one too many mini hotdogs a few too many times when surrounded by these situations..
But, there’s nothing you can do about your overly booked schedule, and you’ll be miserable if you can’t enjoy yourself fully, and that includes enjoying your food!
