GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

1 person

Ingredients:
2 handfuls of organic spinach
1 banana (I prefer frozen- adds some extra creaminess to the texture)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 TBSP hemp protein (or other vegan protein powder)
Cold filtered water as needed for consistency

Optional:
Stevia or vanilla extract for more sweetness
Ground chia seeds for added fiber, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids

Directions:
Blend together and enjoy! (add cold filtered water as needed)
