Although enjoying a cold drink during a winter storm might not be your idea of fun, I was making a smoothie to share with Michael for lunch with ingredients we had on hand.. and that’s when this creamy creation was born.
I tend have quite a sweet tooth, so I like to satisfy it by incorporating clean sweetness into my meals, and this was no exception. Between the creaminess of the banana and peanut butter and the sweetness of the vanilla protein and stevia, it made the perfect sweet shake.

DAIRY-FREE VANILLA PEANUT BUTTER CUP MILKSHAKE
– Serves 2 –
2-3 cups organic spinach
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen organic blueberries
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp organic peanut butter
2 tbsp flax meal/ground flax seeds
1 cup almond milk (or more to create the consistency you want)
6 drops liquid stevia
5 ice cubes
1. Add spinach, fruit, and half of the almond milk to your blender. Then add the rest of the ingredients and top off with remaining almond milk.
2. Blend for about 30 seconds/ until smooth, adding more almond milk as desired.
