By now you probably all know that what you EAT has a huge impact on how you look and feel. Just like the saying “you are what you eat”, there are foods that boost your energy, help your digestion, promote weight loss, and leave you feeling amazing… and there are foods that do quite the opposite.
BUT, what you might not know, is that improving your food choices can be as simple and easy as making some small HEALTHY SWAPS.
There might be ingredients or foods that are staples in your diet that just aren’t that great for you. And swapping these unhealthy choices with nutrient dense options can make a HUGE difference.
Below are some of my favorite swaps that are not only healthy but also delicious- so that you’ll actually enjoy “healthifying” your meals.

HEALTHY SWAPS TO BOOST YOUR BEAUTY AND BODY
Unhealthy… regular & fake butter. HEALTHY SWAP:: coconut oil, coconut butter, ghee (clarified butter).
Unhealthy… many store bought salad dressings. HEATHY SWAP:: extra virgin olive oil (evoo) + sea salt, evoo + apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice + sea salt, or tahini + lemon + sea salt.
Unhealthy… vegetable and canola oil. HEALTHY SWAP:: coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil
Unhealthy… mayonnaise. HEALTHY SWAP:: avocado, hummus
Unhealthy… flour tortillas. HEALTHY SWAP:: lettuce wraps (collard greens and romaine lettuce are great)
Unhealthy… soy sauce. HEALTHY SWAP:: liquid aminos
Unhealthy... regular pretzels. HEALTHY SWAP:: raw pistachios with sea salt
Unhealthy… candy bars. HEALTHY SWAP:: dark chocolate with 70% cacao or higher, stevia sweetened chocolate (for sugar free)
