HOW-TO ENHANCE YOUR BEAUTY & BODY WITH HEALTHY SWAPS

March 24, 2015

By now you probably all know that what you EAT has a huge impact on how you look and feel. Just like the saying “you are what you eat”, there are foods that boost your energy, help your digestion, promote weight loss, and leave you feeling amazing… and there are foods that do quite the opposite.

BUT, what you might not know, is that improving your food choices can be as simple and easy as making some small HEALTHY SWAPS.

There might be ingredients or foods that are  staples in your diet that just aren’t that great for you. And swapping these unhealthy choices with nutrient dense options can make a HUGE difference.

Below are some of my favorite swaps that are not only healthy but also delicious- so that you’ll actually enjoy “healthifying” your meals.

Give 1 (or all!) a try and see how you feel!

What about that Earth Balance Vegan Butter? Just got some, but it has canola oil in it so I’m thinking no go…

Lauren- Unfortunately it’s not great. I’m not sure all of the ingredients, but the canola oil alone is something you’re better off staying away from– it’s a fat, but an unhealthy one.
