Fall is here! And to spice up your diet and boost your health, here’s a clean, creamy, dessert-like smoothie that incorporates one of fall’s best combos: pumpkin and cinnamon. Enjoy for dessert or start your day off on a sweet note. Enjoy! <3


Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup pumpkin (canned is fine)

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon

5-7 drops stevia

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (preferably a plant based one like ALOHA, one of my favorites)

5 ice cubes


Throw everything into a blender, mix, and enjoy the creamy treat!
